Returns management

Online sales inevitably generate a flow of returned orders. This varies according to the sector of activity, with ready-to-wear being at the top of the list, generating a large number of customer returns.

Please note that there are two categories of returns:

Carrier returns

When parcels are returned to the sender because the carrier was unable to deliver them. There are various reasons for this: parcel not collected, unknown or incomplete address, etc.

Customer returns

When customers return products that they do not wish to keep.

Our working methods :

We handle all parcel returns following a standard procedure, or one defined beforehand with the customer.

Our standard procedure is as follows:

Identify the parcel and enter the following information:

Order number, name of consignee, products being returned, condition of the parcel and goods, reason for return.

Restock products in good condition.

Issue a customer alert or monitor customer specifications for defective products.

Our rates :

Between €2 and €4 depending on the number and type of products to be received.
