Reception and checking

Receiving and checking products correctly is very important as errors would impact the whole chain of the logistics. Our processes are detailed bellow :

• Delivery : Control the global aspect of the pallets and boxes ; Control the quantity of pallet and boxes and check if it matches with the consigment note ; If a box seems damaged or opened, count the quantity in the box. Sign the consignment note and write reserves, if some products are damaged or missing.

• Identify and check the products : Indentification of the products received and check if the quantities matches with the packing list. Inform the clients if differences are found.

• Adding inventory in our system.

• Storage of the products.
